The Richland Hills City Council meets twice a month on the second and fourth Monday of the month at 7 pm. Learn more on the Mayor and City Council page.

The City of Richland Hills has four parks, a Hike & Bike trail and The Link Event and Recreation Center.

The Library offers numerous services to the community. In addition to the thousands of books, movies and magazines on hand, the Library has several computers and internet access available for use. The Richland Hills Police Department puts a heavy focus on community oriented policing and being involved with our residents. We offer programs focusing on providing victim support, Neighborhood Crime Watch and involving residents through a Citizen Police Academy.
